As per Clause 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Model Bye-Laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations, 2016, the purpose of the Disciplinary Policy of IIIPI is to formulate & codify the procedure to deal with disciplinary matters. The policy will ensure proper conduct on the part of the members of IIIPI and to deal with the cases of violation of the code as well as the rules and regulations framed thereunder.
